Warm Congratulations on the Successful Joint Venture Signing Ceremony of the E-paper Module Project between DKE, CSOT, and Zhihe Technology

On March 31, 2026, the joint venture signing ceremony for the e-paper module project between China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CSOT”), Zhejiang DKE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DKE”), and Shenzhen Zhihe Development Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhihe Technology”) was grandly held at DKE’s Jiashan Fuyong Headquarters Manufacturing Base.

The ceremony was attended by government officials including Tao Hongya, Member of the Standing Committee of Jiashan County Party Committee and Deputy County Mayor; Bu Guoqiang, Vice Chairman of the Jiashan County CPPCC; Qin Zhenxing, Deputy Director of the Jiashan Government Office; Cao Yujie, Secretary of Xitang Town Party Committee and Secretary of Jiashan High-tech Zone Party Working Committee; Fan Limin, Deputy Secretary of Xitang Town Party Committee and Mayor of Xitang Town; Li Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Jiashan Bureau of Commerce; and Wu Peng, Director of Jiashan High-tech Zone (Bonded Zone B Area).

Corporate representatives including Liu Guanghui, General Manager of the Commercial Display Business Unit of CSOT; Zhou Aijun, General Manager of DKE; and Zhang Tianyong, General Manager of Zhihe Technology, along with their management teams, were also present to witness this milestone of multi-party collaboration.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Tao Hongya delivered the opening speech, extending warm congratulations on the project signing. She highlighted Jiashan’s favorable business environment, strong industrial ecosystem, and supportive policies for major projects. She emphasized that the local government would provide comprehensive, full-cycle support to ensure the project achieves early implementation, rapid production ramp-up, and tangible results, setting a model for government-enterprise collaboration and mutual benefit.

Subsequently, Liu Guanghui, General Manager of CSOT’s Commercial Display Business Unit, elaborated on the strategic rationale behind CSOT’s investment in Jiashan. He stressed that the strong policy support from the local government, combined with DKE’s local resource advantages, significantly strengthens confidence in the project. He expressed expectations for deep collaboration among the three parties to achieve synergy across technology, capacity, resources, and market channels—realizing a “1+1+1 > 3” effect and jointly shaping the future of the e-paper industry.

Signing Ceremony: Strengthening Foundations and Driving Synergistic Development

Following the speeches, CSOT and the Jiashan County Government first signed a cooperation agreement, laying a solid policy and resource foundation for the project’s advancement.

The ceremony then proceeded to its core segment—the joint venture agreement signing among CSOT, DKE, and Zhihe Technology. Witnessed by all attendees, representatives of the three parties formally signed the agreement, exchanged documents, and commemorated the occasion with a handshake and photo session, marking the successful completion of the signing ceremony.

Afterward, Gu Delong, General Manager of CSOT’s Suzhou Base, delivered a detailed presentation on the project, outlining its strategic positioning, operational model, future capacity planning, and expected benefits. The project will focus on the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of e-paper modules, integrating the strengths of all parties to enhance product value and market responsiveness, while contributing to regional economic development.

Zhang Tianyong, General Manager of Zhihe Technology, introduced the company’s core competencies in the e-paper module sector and expressed strong recognition of the platform advantages and resource strengths of CSOT and DKE. He stated that the signing marks a new starting point, and the company will fully commit resources to accelerate project outcomes and contribute to innovation in the e-paper industry.

Zhou Aijun, General Manager of DKE, elaborated on the company’s strategic role and value in the joint venture. He noted that DKE has deeply cultivated the e-paper industry for many years, establishing a comprehensive manufacturing system, efficient supply chain management capabilities, and extensive global service experience, along with strong local government and enterprise cooperation resources.
