On June 8, 2025, the completion and commissioning ceremony of the DKE Holding Company Limited Vietnam base was grandly held at the Jinxi Industrial Park in Jinxi District, Phu Tho Province, Vietnam. This important moment not only marks a solid step forward for DKE in its internationalization process, but also demonstrates the company's far-reaching layout and firm confidence in the global market.
The theme of this event was "Win Win Together". Zhou Aijun, Chairman of DKE, attended the event with many senior leaders and employees. In addition, Nguyen Ngoc Hang, Director of the Industrial Administration Bureau of Phu Tho Province, Vietnam, Li Zhenghao, Chairman of E Ink, Christian, SVP of Vusion Group, Peng Ruyi, General Manager of Business Procurement Department of Hanshuo Technology Co., LTD, Kim Woun Hoan, Factory Manager of SOLUM VINA CO., LTD, Liu Senhua, General Manager of E Ink China Branch, Chen Rengui, Senior Vice President of BOE, Wang Huazhi, Chairman of Solomon Systech, Liu Guanghui, General Manager of TCL, Zhu Zhenglong, Vice President of HKC Co. LTD, and other guest representatives, as well as more than 100 customers, suppliers, industry associations and other guests from home and abroad were also invited to attend and witness this milestone moment together.
At the beginning of the ceremony, DKE Chairman Zhou Aijun delivered a passionate speech. He first expressed his sincere gratitude to all the Vietnamese government representatives who attended the ceremony, as well as the international customers, industry chain suppliers and industry association partners who have long supported DKE, and thanked everyone for witnessing the completion of the first overseas e-paper production base of Oriental Kemai's globalization strategy.
Zhou Aijun reviewed the 20-year development history of DKE. Starting from Dalian, China, it has now developed into a global enterprise with four production bases and R&D and marketing centers in Shanghai, Germany, Japan, South Korea and other places. It has successfully integrated global high-quality resources and become a leading professional electronic paper display technology manufacturing service provider. He emphasized that the establishment of the Vietnam base is an important milestone in the 20th anniversary of DKE's establishment and a major achievement of DKE's investment in Vietnam. The Vietnam base will rely on existing technological innovation achievements, large-scale production and market experience, deepen international cooperation based on Vietnam's local location advantages and resource advantages, adhere to the principles of localized operation and mutual benefit and win-win, actively introduce advanced production technology and management experience, and continuously improve its competitiveness. In the future, it will be based in Vietnam, radiate the world, and work with all parties to promote the upgrading of the industrial chain and inject new momentum into the vigorous development of the electronic paper industry.
Subsequently, Nguyen Ngoc Hang, Director of the Industrial Administration Bureau of Phu Tho Province, Vietnam, congratulated and expressed his wishes for the official completion and commissioning of the DKE base. He said that as one of the largest foreign-invested projects in the province's industrial development, the DKE Vietnam base has always strictly abided by Vietnamese laws and regulations, actively fulfilled its environmental protection responsibilities, and adhered to the concept of sustainable development. It has set an example of an excellent enterprise, fully demonstrated its social responsibility, and made important contributions to the development of Phu Tho Province. He expects the DKE Vietnam base to create greater value and believes that it will achieve greater success.
E Ink Chairman Li Zhenghao also took the stage to deliver a speech. He said that E Ink has been committed to the innovation and development of electronic paper display technology, and has a long-term and good cooperation with Dongfang Kemai, witnessing its growth into an industry leader, and deeply admired DKE's outstanding leadership and consistent high-quality products. He pointed out that the establishment of the Vietnam base will provide the global market with better product technology and services. As a core supplier, E Ink will continue to provide all-round services and support, and believes that mutual benefit and win-win results will be achieved through deepening cooperation.
Vusion Group SVP Christian took the stage to deliver a speech. He spoke highly of the fruitful cooperation results of the two sides over the years and affirmed the completion and strategic vision of DKE's Vietnam base. The completion and commissioning of the Vietnam base marks a significant improvement in DKE's international delivery capabilities. Afterwards, the exciting completion and commissioning ceremony was held amid the passionate applause of all the guests. DKE Chairman Zhou Aijun and the leaders attending the ceremony jointly launched the project.
